Holistic Website Designs

Holistic Website Designs specializes in designing website for metaphysicians, energy healers and holistic healers. The sites I design are based on the WordPress Content Management System and the Divi Builder.

The Art of Web Design

In the fast-paced digital age, a well-designed website is often the first point of contact between businesses and their audience. Aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites not only leave a lasting impression but also contribute significantly to the success of an online presence.

In the age of digital transformation, the online presence of energy healing modalities has become more crucial than ever. A well-designed website can serve as a powerful tool to convey the essence of energy healing practices, connect with potential clients, and create a harmonious virtual space for healing.

There are some key considerations for designing websites dedicated to energy healing modalities. I have been guided to use my website design skills to offer other meta-physicians and energy healers who, like me, wish to spread the word and promote healing and the raising of the vibrations of other people, the world and the universe.

The websites I design are meant to compliment to your healing modality as another tool you can use to reach your people, both those you have already met as well as those you have not.

Before we start . . .

ALL website designs have the same basic steps during the planning and designing stages. Some of these steps include:

  • Brand

This is you! It is how you want the viewers to know who you are and what you do. Your website is a direct reflection of your personality and the personality of your business. As a result this becomes the MOST important part of your website AND your business as a whole.

  • Voice

I believe this is the second most important aspect of your website. This refers to YOUR voice and your tone that is instrumental in the make-up of your brand which sets you apart from all the other websites in your modality.

  • Tone of Voice

Are you serious, humourous, full of love, etc. The way your website is written and even the images and colors you choose all form the tone of voice you want to portray. As does the grammar you choose. Will you write as most people speak or as an educated expert in your field, or will you choose a combination of styles to be inclusive to everyone? There is no right or wrong answer, it’s just YOU. They also directly impacr your Brand!

  • Images

Do you want exclusive images that are copyrighted for only your website? Who will design the images?

Will you use images from Free image websites? There are many website that will provide free images. Sometimes without referencing the creator (though I would recommend that you do).

Will you choose AI generated images? Most often these must be footnoted as such.

Do you have photographs or videos the YOU created yourself that can be used?

Or a combination of all these? This is the most common that I use.

Conclusion

Along with the above considerations, there are many other factors to consider when designing and developing a website.

The most common obsticle that I have encountered over the past couple of decades of designing, is businees owners, entrepreneurs and healers do not understand that the website is as serious part of their business as any other department would be. It IS the virtual “brick and mortar” reflection of you and should be designed as much detail and attention as a storefront or office.

Today your website is most likely the first impression a potential client recieves. Therfore attention must be paid to the User Interface Design (UI) and the User Experience Design (UX). Another area that is rapidly becoming to the forefront is User Accessibility for those with disabilities.
